Refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package, and store credit is accepted within 30 days.
In order for your return to qualify for a refund you must mail your package back within 14 days starting from the time it has been received and confirmed as delivered on your tracking, our returns team will process your return based on the date listed on your return postage.
Each product is lovingly checked before shipment, but if you come across any defective goods we may have missed, it must be claimed within 5 days of receiving your package. We will kindly ask for a photo for confirmation. Please email us directly to proceed.
Return requests for SALE items (anything that has been marked down), jewelry and accessories will be denied as these are all final sale items.
Please keep in mind we can take up to 1-2 working days to review your return request. Once approved you will receive return instructions via email, please check your spam if the email has not been received.
- Order cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
- The following items are final sale and not eligible for a return: Sale items, vintage goods, accessories (hats, patches, pins, purses, scarves, socks, hair accessories, etc.) jewelry, interior (candles, pillowcases, etc.), beauty + wellness products, stationary, panties, and swimwear IF the hygienic liner sticker has been removed. These items will be rejected if requesting a return.
- We do not cover the costs of return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Be sure to try on all clothing with care! Any items with stains or odors (good or bad) will be rejected.
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances for items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way. This includes items that have been damaged by being worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Please keep your underwear on when trying on swimwear and bodysuits!
Need a different size?
Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, if you need a different size go ahead and place a new order after your return request is approved. Keep in mind our stock is limited and is only available at a first come first serve basis!

We offer the option of First Class or Priority Mail shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
USPS First Class Shipping: 2-5 business days depending on where you live (US only)
USPS Priority Mail Shipping: 2-3 business days depending on where you live (US only)
We ship from Salt Lake City, UT.
US Express Mail for 1-2 business day shipping is available upon request but can be costly (up to $20-$60 depending on the weight of your package). Please let us know as soon as your order has been placed if you need your package rushed, and be sure to include the date you need it to arrive by.
International shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt and based on local tax rates. Please note you (the buyer) will be 100% responsible for any fees. International orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive after they have shipped since all orders must pass through customs. If your package is unclaimed and is returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
- Please double check the address you provide during shipment, we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If you would like insurance included in your shipment please upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. (USPS covers up to $100 for lost, damaged and missing packages. Insurance will not cover packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please visit the USPS website for more information.)
- USPS insurance does not cover stolen packages, if you feel your location is an unsafe place for delivery, please notify us immediately so we can add a signature confirmation to your order. With a signature confirmation, your package will not be delivered unless someone in your household has signed for it.
- Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the United States Postal Service immediately at 1(800) 275-8777.
