Holiday return policy:  Orders placed from November 28th until December 22nd will have until January 7th to receive a refund, and January 22nd to receive store credit. You must submit a return request to receive return instructions and have your items mailed back on or before our cut-off dates. 

Didn’t love it as much as you thought you would? We understand these things happen! Refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving your package, and store credit is accepted within 30 days.

Important things: 

  • This return policy is valid as of 7/23/18. If your return was processed prior to this date, our previous return policy will still apply and your return will only be eligible for store credit. In order to receive a refund, your return must be processed through our new returns center in the link above. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause! 
  • Sale/markdowns, accessories (hats, patches, pins, purses, scarves, etc.), jewelry, interior (candles, pillowcases, etc.), beauty + wellness products, stationary, panties, swimwear IF the hygienic liner sticker has been removed - are all considered final sale. Unfortunately returns are not accepted for these products and will be rejected. :( 
  • We do not cover the costs of return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Be sure to try on all clothing with care! Any items with stains or odors will be rejected. 
  • We do not accept returns under any circumstances for items that have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
  • Please keep your underwear on when trying on swimwear and bodysuits! 
  • We are unable to process cancellations at this time, as our shipping team works hard on processing orders. We apologize for the inconvenience! 

Need a different size?

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges, but if you need a different size go ahead and place a new order after your return request is approved.
